ABSOLUTE CROOOOOKS!!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Me and Amy bought a 2023 Volvo from here and 6 months later bring it in for servicing. They tell us it needs $1,000 of work and all 4 new tires need to be replaced and that it’s $1500. Imagine buying a car and then 6 months later it needs $2500 worth of work. Sound fishy to you? Then imagine asking for the tire report from when you bought the car from the service department and they said there is nothing showing up it’s blank/empty. Excellent service! Picked up my car today — all work was completed quickly and with high quality. Every issue I reported was resolved without delays or unnecessary questions. The staff is very professional and truly attentive to customers. Special thanks to Daniel and Alex for the great communication, detailed explanations, and support until every concern was fully taken care of. It’s a pleasure to deal with a service center that genuinely cares about its clients. Highly recommend!
I came in today for my first time at this location for service, and the service was EXCEPTIONAL!!!! Christian Pineda was my Service Advisor and I would give him 10 stars if I could. He was professional, kind, patient, and kept me updated on all the work to be done that day and any suggestions that he had without being pushy! On my drive from Atlanta our power steering went out. Made it to West Palm with great difficulty but called Schumacher Volvo on a Memorial day weekend and although they were completely booked, they said to come by and they would try to look at it. 30 minutes after arriving they diagnosed and started the repair. I no longer feel trusting or in good hands with Schumacher Volvo of the Palm Beaches. Last August I allowed technicians to replace my rear brakes after I hit a pot hole on vacation and needed rim and tire repair. This August ONLY 6k miles after my last brake pads they tried to upsell me AGAIN, telling me I needed both front and rear brakes. I have a TOTAL of 30k miles on my Volvo.
