I have been seeing a Nurse Practitioner for well over a year and he does everything in his power o ensure I get the care I need. Always been great.
I have been seeing Scott Ambrass for about 2 years now and he has changed my life for the better. He listens, is very supportive, and cares deeply about his patients. He is always super responsive to me and so is his office (Lifestance) whenever I call or message through the patient portal.
Scott listens and has improved my life tremendously. I’ve been through several psychiatrists, unable to find one who listens and is able to make smart decisions about what will be helpful to me. I’m thankful I was connected to him.
My psych always listens to my concerns and truly cares. He may be one in 1 million but he’s fantastic.
My brother needs help and I have yet to receive a call back!! When I called I was told that the computers were not working and there was nothing that they could do. Very uncaring staff who does not return calls when patients have an emergency!!!
