I broke both sides of my ankle and fractured my leg. Dr. Bird fixed me right up. The surgery recovery wasn't too bad at all. The scars barely show up and it hasn't even been quite 3 months yet. Dr. Bird and his entire staff are totally awesome. They listen, and to me that's important.
I initially went to see Dr. Bird for a consultation. He explained the pros and cons of having surgery on my foot, after which I felt I would wait on doing it. After giving it some thought, I decided to proceed with the surgery and he gave a very thorough explanation of what that would entail, and what would be included on my foot. Post surgery, I'm very happy that I had it done, and feel very comfortable recommending Dr. Bird to my family and friends.
Genuinely concerned about my foot issues. Dr Bird went into great detail on the surgery needed to relieve my foot pain. He went above and beyond to get my surgery scheduled quickly. I highly recommend Dr Bird and his staff at the Coughlin Foot and Ankle Clinic.
Felt i had really great medical care. Dr Bird gave me all the information and options of my terrible ankle fracture. Although I'm still on the mend I feel I was in good hands thru the surgery and my recovery. Gretchen his assistant/ortho tec was great
