Toured with Nikki recently and honestly had a really great experience. The girls in the office were welcoming right away, maintenance was friendly while out working, and the whole property just had a really positive atmosphere. One thing that stood out was hearing Nikki talk about how proud she is of the community and the company, it felt genuine and you could tell the team actually cares. I have to say I’ve rented at my fair share of apartments complex and have always had issues, but this is one of the only complexes that has gone above and beyond for me wether I was struggling to figure out life or just getting something repaired in my unit. Nikki has made my stay comfortable she is attentive, actually cares about her residents and is always helpful. Nikki is an amazing representative! Even while being the only person in the office, she stayed on top of everything and made sure each resident received excellent service. Her positive attitude and dedication really stand out. The complex is lucky to have her on their team.
I recently signed a lease at Scottsdale Grand, and the entire experience has been absolutely amazing. From our tour with Cynthia—who was incredibly welcoming and inviting—to the clear and consistent communication from the leasing team throughout the application and lease process, everything felt smooth and professional.
