We have been living here for the past year and 100% re-upping our lease. The apartment complex is magnificent. I use the workout facility a few times a week and it’s all brand new really nice machines. The pool is always great and the coffee machine always working. Janessa helped us last year and is helping us again this year. Diane the manager is also so sweet, we typically see a lot of turnover with staff in other places but that hasn’t been the case here. Happy to be here another year
Just moved into Scottsdale Grand and I’m already so happy I chose this place! One of my friends has lived here for about a year and absolutely loves it, and now I totally get why. One of the reasons I ended up picking this complex was because of Tony at the front—he was super friendly and welcoming when I came in for a tour, which honestly stood out compared to a lot of other places I looked at. Love living here! Scottsdale Grand has the best location in all of phoenix. Apt layouts are modern and it’s always kept so clean! Great response within 24 hours by the maintenance team. They’re one of the better maintenance teams I’ve had for an apartment complex ever.
I don't usually leave a review for something like this, but genuinely this is the best apartment I have ever lived at... Not only that it's better than all of the complexes my friends live at. The staff is hands down the most approachable and genuinely caring group I've ever met. JENNESSA and TONY especially. Give them a nice +$4/hr raise effective immediately...
