I have lived here 14 months and renewed my lease right before the management change. I have no idea where the complaints are coming from about the new management. Nothing has changed other than the updating of the decor and aesthetic of the common areas is such a relief and change for the better!!!!! I make my living as an interior designer and I’m so happy to see all the random clutter being removed and replaced by simple yet stylish upgrades. Since moving here recently, I've been impressed by how well the management takes care of us tenants. Tara, especially, has been incredibly welcoming and even helped with moving my stuff into the apartment—such a sweet soul! The place is spotless and I love the new designs they're implementing. Compared to other places around here, the prices are fair, and honestly, I think Scottsdale Grand deserves more credit for what they offer. I'd give them a solid 5 stars and highly recommend it!
Have been living here for about an year now- good experience so far even with the new management. Maintenance Supervisor Tim is great - We had an issue with our AC and that was taken care of in a timely manner. Have renewed our lease and look forward to continue staying here!
Tim - Maintenance Supervisor- has truly gone above and beyond with zero expectations, for my wife and myself. Showing us where all of the amenities are within the property. He is a humble servant and deserves the recognition. Always a positive interaction when we see him on the property.
We have been trying to move in and absolutely nobody is assisting us. I have requested very basic assistance and had common questions, which nobody responds to. We have stayed we would submit an application if i simply receive photos of a unit, and I haven’t even received those yet. It’s been over 72 hours since we began inquiring. Im comparing my experience to every other apartment complex in the area, which respond promptly & make sure to follow up.
