I have lived here 14 months and renewed my lease right before the management change. I have no idea where the complaints are coming from about the new management. Nothing has changed other than the updating of the decor and aesthetic of the common areas is such a relief and change for the better!!!!! I make my living as an interior designer and I’m so happy to see all the random clutter being removed and replaced by simple yet stylish upgrades. Since moving here recently, I've been impressed by how well the management takes care of us tenants. Tara, especially, has been incredibly welcoming and even helped with moving my stuff into the apartment—such a sweet soul! The place is spotless and I love the new designs they're implementing. Compared to other places around here, the prices are fair, and honestly, I think Scottsdale Grand deserves more credit for what they offer. I'd give them a solid 5 stars and highly recommend it!
We have been trying to move in and absolutely nobody is assisting us. I have requested very basic assistance and had common questions, which nobody responds to. We have stayed we would submit an application if i simply receive photos of a unit, and I haven’t even received those yet. It’s been over 72 hours since we began inquiring. There's been a changing of hands here in the past couple months during which we tried to give the new owners the benefit of a doubt. In truth, though, it feels as if they might treat this acquired property like a cash cow but not be invested in other important areas, like the resident experience. HORRIBLE place to live under the new management that just started about a month or so ago. The hallways and parking lot always smell like trash. The Leasing agents are NEVER at the leasing office so its extremely difficult to get a hold of them in person. We have parcel pending for our packages but the delivery drivers dont scan properly so we dont get parcel pending codes which forces us to have to wait until the leasing agents are there to open the delivery package room but the leasing agents are never there so its extreme... read more
