Where to begin, I moved here in Feb. 2024 and it quickly went from 5 stars to 1 by May 2024 with the new property management company take over. Horrible service in the leasing office from front desk to property manager to maintenance, multiple voicemails left with never a return call. IE A can light bulb took 3 months to replace. The worst yet..A meth head neighbor smoking in the stairwells that had complaints from multiple residents and cops called, plus we have security, they asked ME to ‘catch her in the act and call the ... read more
Tony Miller from the leasing office has been incredibly helpful and professional. He provides clear assistance and in time updates, which goes above and beyond to resolve my difficulties. I truly appreciate his support and highly recommend him for any leasing-related matters.
There is dog poop all over the property and in the Dog Park. This used to be a cute area to live and walk your dogs, but it’s been ruined by dog poop. They frequently do not restock the poop bags and it goes days without bags and poop everywhere. Even if there are bags, people still don’t pick up the poop. It also shows you what kind of people are living here now. Management has switched 3-4 times in the 1.5 year I’ve lived here. Terrible experience.
I have lived here 14 months and renewed my lease right before the management change. I have no idea where the complaints are coming from about the new management. Nothing has changed other than the updating of the decor and aesthetic of the common areas is such a relief and change for the better!!!!! I make my living as an interior designer and I’m so happy to see all the random clutter being removed and replaced by simple yet stylish upgrades.
