We have been living here for the past year and 100% re-upping our lease. The apartment complex is magnificent. I use the workout facility a few times a week and it’s all brand new really nice machines. The pool is always great and the coffee machine always working. Janessa helped us last year and is helping us again this year. Diane the manager is also so sweet, we typically see a lot of turnover with staff in other places but that hasn’t been the case here. Happy to be here another year
Love living here! Scottsdale Grand has the best location in all of phoenix. Apt layouts are modern and it’s always kept so clean! Great response within 24 hours by the maintenance team. They’re one of the better maintenance teams I’ve had for an apartment complex ever.
I have been living at Scottsdale Grand the lst 4 years. Under the new management of Avenue 5 , and DeAnne Huth the Property Manager , Janessa and Tony from the leasing office and Ernesto from Maintenance , my experience interacting with each one of them has been really excellent. From the beginning - everyone's been so great! From taking the time to show me multiple options, to the moving transition - it's been smooth sailing. Tony, the gentleman who helped me with all my move in stuff, is always willing to help out with small things like printing off labels to being on top of my work orders! It's a quiet and clean community!
