This apartment complex went from a five star to a 2 in the 2 years that I lived here. There is dog poop all over the property and in the Dog Park. This used to be a cute area to live and walk your dogs, but it’s been ruined by dog poop. They frequently do not restock the poop bags and it goes days without bags and poop everywhere. Even if there are bags, people still don’t pick up the poop. It also shows you what kind of people are living here now. The Scottsdale grand is by far one of the best places to live in North Scottsdale. Beautiful building and lots of amenities. Prime location. Tony Miller and Jennessa Brown made the move in process extremely smooth and are very good at what they do. 5 stars for sure!
Prior to 2024 when I moved in this place was 5 star. Since new owners, on 3rd property management co (avenue5). New owners immediately took the arcade games out of the clubroom. Cold brew coffee is empty more often than not (about 2 weeks every month has some was told once by leasing agents its expensive🤦♂️ so is rent). Parking gate has been broke about 4 months now(you try but might be time for new gate)and they raise the parking fee🤦♂️ wonder if anyone walks the property?
