Dog urine is a constant problem throughout this property. There are urine stains in the hallways, and outside, nearly every corner of the building, walkway, and bush smells like dog urine. The electronic access doors in the hallways are another ongoing problem — some of the doors are warped and do not close properly, and some do not close at all.
