We have been living here for the past year and 100% re-upping our lease. The apartment complex is magnificent. I use the workout facility a few times a week and it’s all brand new really nice machines. The pool is always great and the coffee machine always working. Janessa helped us last year and is helping us again this year. Diane the manager is also so sweet, we typically see a lot of turnover with staff in other places but that hasn’t been the case here. Happy to be here another year
Such a wonderful and beautiful place to live! Located right near the Scottsdale Quarter and Kierland Commons, which are great places for restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Very fortunate to experience the luxury amenities here and have support from all of the staff members! Tony has the best energy and provides top tier resident assistance. ✨ Perfect place to call home and/or stay for when you're in town. Definitely recommend!
Just moved into Scottsdale Grand and I’m already so happy I chose this place! One of my friends has lived here for about a year and absolutely loves it, and now I totally get why. One of the reasons I ended up picking this complex was because of Tony at the front—he was super friendly and welcoming when I came in for a tour, which honestly stood out compared to a lot of other places I looked at. Love living here! Scottsdale Grand has the best location in all of phoenix. Apt layouts are modern and it’s always kept so clean! Great response within 24 hours by the maintenance team. They’re one of the better maintenance teams I’ve had for an apartment complex ever.
Janessa and Tony are just awesome. It's so much fun being around them, and we're super happy we decided to move here. It's great seeing their friendly faces when we walk in, and they're always ready to help out. They made us feel at home right away! Kayla and tanner
