This is a safe, quiet, nice, beautiful, and clean complex. They have several spaces for personal group events, billiards, hot coffee as well as cold brew, and hot chocolate available anytime! No more Starbucks lol They have a beautiful pool as well as the surroundings, with adult size connect, cornhole, and other games. They have a great gym and the apartments are very nice! Dog park, and much more. I was just visiting a friend and loved the complex.

The Scotssdale Grand has been nothing short of a headache to live at. The apartment has so much potential and it’s not the apartment itself, but it’s external things that make it a frustrating place to try and enjoy not only Kierland, but the area itself. For the price that you pay a lot of things should be turned around and working. The front desk young lady, Jenessa, was extraordinary! She was personable, very informative, and made my husband and me feel welcomed. The building's hallways were clean, and the community/common areas were impeccable and well-designed. We are still in search mode, but this apt complex is definitely on the list of options.
