This property recently has been acquired by a new management company. Nikki, in the leasing office, is a fantastic addition to the property. She is kind, helpful, and readily responds to tenant issues. Her arrival is a boon to the property. I have no doubt that she will bring significant improvements to an already wonderful apartment complex.
This is a safe, quiet, nice, beautiful, and clean complex. They have several spaces for personal group events, billiards, hot coffee as well as cold brew, and hot chocolate available anytime! No more Starbucks lol They have a beautiful pool as well as the surroundings, with adult size connect, cornhole, and other games. They have a great gym and the apartments are very nice! Dog park, and much more. I was just visiting a friend and loved the complex.
My boyfriend and I had gone down to the leasing office with some issues about previous management, Nikki and Brenda more than handled everything properly and with so much care. They are absolutely wonderful and show the residents that they genuinely care for their well being, while being super down to earth and honest! 10/10 experience, go see them if you need ANYTHING!
The only reason I'm giving this apartment complex 2 stars is because of the former leasing staff who genuinely helped us when we needed it and are no longer here because they could not tolerate the management. Maintenance - Every time we submit a maintenance request, we are met with immediate condescension and patronizing behavior. He was extremely attentive, taking the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for and making sure every question I had—big or small—was answered with patience and clarity.
