I have been with seacoast bank for a while now and have been coming to the Alhambra branch since they moved from their prior location on Ponce, I have been treated very well every time I come in. The staff is very knowledgeable and always willing to go above and beyond to help me with any issues and remedy them! I recommend seacoast bank especially the Alhambra branch to anyone looking for a trustworthy banking institution.
Seacoast ("SBCF") acquired this branch through the acquisition of Professional Bank ("PB/ PFHD") on January 31, 2023. I was a customer from the early days of PB. On approximately August 14, 2023, SBCF seized my assets as part of an insurance fraud scheme against Liberty Mutual Insurance Group. SBCF later returned the money, but we will never trust this branch again.
horrible bank as I opened a new account and seller myself a few times to have 3k as the minimum balance to avoid fee is 1k and my account was frozen and account now closed and spoke to lady from fraud department and the lady asked questions she did not need to ask like what was i searching for on internet when I discovered you guys.this bank is not good as they are not interested in helping you
