I went into Seacoast Bank in Lake City, FL, today to take care of some banking, and Alexis helped me. Every time I come here, the staff is always friendly and welcoming, but Alexis went above and beyond. She didn't just meet expectations--she exceeded them in every way. The transition from Drummond to Seacoast was pretty major, but I had the most amazing customer service experience. I called the Lake City Branch and was blessed to work with Trey. He was so patient to listen to all of my questions and helped me resolve all my banking needs over the phone. This was most helpful in that I live 40 miles from the branch, and was planning to make the drive to get new cards and ask questions about my accounts. was called dumb by Maddie twice was told my card was shut off after I called also was told someone would call me back twice never happened have recordings and screenshots of this and how they are not recognized by Better Business Bureau

Drummond Bank transitioned to Seacoast Bank. Two weeks ago I went into the branch to make a Zelle transfer. I was told to wait until after February 13, 2023, for the transfer to occur that Seacoast Bank would now be able to provide Zelle for business accounts. Several inconveniences occurred in the span of 1 hour. 1. Logged in to the accounts and none of the accounts are connected to one another. 2.
