This just might be the worst bank I've ever dealt with. We move from Florida and I'm trying to close my account and have them send me a check for my balance. Apparently no one in Cheiefland can do it, although three weeks ago they took my information and told me the check would be issued in 10 days to two weeks. They are horrible to deal with
