Does the employees there usually rude to the public just because they’re exercising their first amendment rights? Saw the video very disturbing grow up do better.
Was called dumb twice was told would get two call backs haven’t heard back yet also they are not a BBB bank have recordings of them as well
Went in with my mother in law to open a new account. She was having issues since my father in law passed away and had to close that account. The teller was very nasty from the jump. We waited to see if she could open the account and was told she "wouldn't be a good fit". So rude. No explanation given. Very bad customer service. Not a good hometown bank.
Had an account years ago (that was completely forgotten about) when it was Drummond that had a few dollars in it. They have charged me a service fee that overdraft the account. They have since charged me $5 every single day since then. Very shady bank and practices. Avoid at all costs!!! Update: bank sent my account to a debt collector after being told the account was closed and nothing to worry about.
