We love our Seacoast Bank! We hate that they closed their Hernando Branch though! But anyway Jerica is great she handled our HELOC and kept us informed and of course we love Eszter our favorite teller! Everyone at the branch is always friendly and helpful.
Great customer service! You are not just another number to the people that work there and it starts with excellent management to the tellers who are all very nice. I also love the online banking and check depositing from my phone it really helps me run my business because I can access my account from basically anywhere to stay updated with daily and hourly transactions that occur.
I'm well satisfied with seacoast bank. I have been with them for many years. Recently I had a problem. But my friend Chris Weinstein really helped me out. He took ownership of my problem and followed it all the way through. I appreciate his tenacity. I really feel like the folks at Crystal River seacoast Bank have your back. They make life good. I went in to open a personal and business account and was greeted by the friendliest manager, Kim Justice, she helped with all our needs, worked quickly, and got us up and running with ease. The bank is clean, Mrs. Justice's office was comfortable and beautiful and the options for banking with Seacoast were impressive. So glad I made the switch!
Waited ridiculously long in the drive through. Things happen. Complained. Got a call about it. Great personal banking. They have always been wonderful and I probably was too quick to complain anyway.
