My experience with the staff at this branch has been nothing but excellent. Dealt with Kelvin at the front who was very welcoming he then directed me to the assistant branch manager Frank Valdes who was very knowledgeable on their products and processes. A truly great experience.

I recently called the bank to inquire about a car loan, I was very impressed with the service and attention received from Ms. Romero. I asked her position and she said she was the manager. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain all the loan option clearly. I even called a second time with my husband and she went over all the details again. I had a great experience at the Seacoast Bank Brickell branch. Christian was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when I inquired about the different account options and how Seacoast operates. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood all my options. His professionalism and friendly attitude made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.
