Seacoast Bank Vice President Mr. Gary Albert tried to claim that a $ 300 annual fee which he charged me was not a double-charge because he felt that he could go back (18) months or so to the beginning of 2018 to back-charge me a fee for that years. The original fee which had been charged & paid was $ 150, not $ 300. He claimed that the other $ 150 double-charge & overcharge was due to the bank misapplying the payment.
