First off, let me just say that overall I’m very happy with SeacoastBank. I have been a customer for a while for both personal and business. However, this is the absolute worst branch I’ve ever been to. On two separate occasions, they made it very difficult for me to withdraw my own money. They always question my identity, and make banking incredibly difficult. I’ve been dealing with Seacoast Bank since 2013 and I highly recommend the bank for both personal and business banking. Professional, consistent and efficient staff members that have provided a great level of service that has been lost with other commercial banks.
I've had great personal experiences with this bank and the entire staff. They are one of the few remaining businesses that makes me feel sincerely welcome and valued. Also the app is great, allows me to deposit checks remotely with photos.
