Gabriella was great and the staff was real nice setting up my new account. The locked doors were kinda scary though.
We used their business banking for many years and were frequent in person customers because we prefer to support local banks and branches but we DO NOT recommend their business banking for small businesses based on the amount of fees, run around between in person & phone customer support giving you the run around oh and did I mention the FEES 😔
I visit this branch 1-2 times per week and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Any questions I have or issues that arise are always handled promptly and when necessary they follow up with a phone call or email to let me know the outcome.
Each week I stop at the Mount Dora branch to either cash or deposit my check, Leslie the teller Manager usually handles my transaction for me, she is so professional and always ask me if she could help with anything else while I'm there. Thanks Leslie for your great work.
Employees make it impossible to get anything accomplished and make up new rules every visit. Everyone about this bank is a problem now that they have lost the only good teller. Do yourself a favor and withdraw your money and take your business someplace else because they don't care and are not willing to help!
