I have been banking both corporately and personally with Seacoast Bank at 615 N. Dixie Highway since 2019, and feel as though I am working with a private banking group based upon the way I am treated. It doesn't matter how big or small my needs may be, the Manager, Diane Corsi, and her entire staff, always go above and beyond what anyone could except from their bank. The worst bank. They want to steal your money with fees every single day. Awful customer service from Carlos Yanez. Senior Client advisor. West Palm Beach location. Who opened my account. Never help with any issue. Very nasty the way he talks. Bad, bad so bad. I don't even give 1 star to Seacoast bank. Zero.
Be weary of underperformance at this location. Check to see if they gave back your ID and VERIFY THE DEPOSIT IS TRUE. I was left underfunded and unable to make a purchase due to the handoff person forgetting to post my deposite or return my ID. Bad business when its your only job.. Corporate was unwilling to take responsibility over a support call to find my missing deposit. They were also unhelpful in finding a resolution to a problem that they created. Will never do business with this bank due to this branches staff. Diane Corsi banking center manager denied opening an account. Incredibly offensive. I have relationships with many financial institutions and seacoast will not be one of them. Absolutely awful experience.
This financial institution charges an exorbitant amount of money to cash a check! Their customer service is egregious at best! I was the only customer in the bank and it took the bank representatives 12 minutes to cash a check all the while the representatives were telling me it will only be another minute…. I would avoid this bank if at all possible!
