Took my elderly friend today to get some cash. She went inside, and there were no customers. She asked for help at the window and they directed her outside to the atm. I parked car behind her so she could use the machine and not be run over. It wouldn't give her the cash but had no reason. So no one would help her inside and then the machine didn't work. I visited the Seacoast Bank Wellington branch to make a payment to a service provider by depositing a check. For the first time in Florida, the teller refused to deposit my check because the account number was in the provider's name rather than their company name. She requested that I not include the provider's name on the check and asked me to obtain a new one. Based on this experience, I do not recommend using this bank.
