We have been a customer for many years. It is the BEST bank for businesses. Silas, Edvin, Larry, and the rest of the staff are outstanding. Best service everytime.

This is the slowest bank you could ever bank at. Cashing a check with one other person in line next to me in drive up. We are both sitting here over 5 min with 2 people working the window. Not sure what he is here for, but I'm just cashing a check for cash! Crazy. I swear it's worse every time I come here. Then they say " Thank you for your patience". That ran out a minute ago. Seems they change staff a lot. :(
This bank sucks even since they got bought out a few years ago. I still have a mortgage with them and called today to get a statement emailed to me. They charged me $10 to send me an email and it took over a half hour to get that transaction accomplished. Most banks suck but this one really sucks
