Excellent, excellent, excellent customer service and wonderful experience. I would give 10 stars if it was an option! I had a specific service I needed (Medallion stamps) and was turned down by Chase bank. Spoke with Alison to inquire if Seacoast provided such a service and after promptly researching my situation and responding back to me quicker than expected, she accommodated my request and was able to fit me in whenever my schedule was open. It's been a pleasure working with Seacoast for our most recent deal. Matthew Williams was key to our smooth and successful property transaction. Kept us updated throughout the entire process and really went above and beyond to make sure things are in order and on time. The whole team along with Saita and Vincent were a pleasure to work with also! Highly recommend Seacoast for your banking needs!
If I could but negative stars I would. Made errors opening all my husbands accounts & we had to eat the exorbitant fees even after it was verified they had entered information incorrect into their system. Banker, Sunitha, is the worst, lied that fees could not refunded. Bank manager reversed fees as soon as we spoke with him. Sunitha has a terrible disposition and lacks an ounce of customer service. Something as simple as greeting people should not be difficult.
First review of my life. Sorry to say im disappointed in the customer service experience i was giving by the bank manager "mureena ismail" during drive thru just to withdraw some cash. I've been banking with the specific bank for years and because of that experience i will never go back to that place.If you are a seacoast banker be careful doing business with this ranch.
