Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff. They were great when my mom was alive and had accounts there. Now I have an account and staff always great. Jose was so helpful and friendly setting up accounts when dealing with my mom's accounts as she aged. A pleasure banking at this branch.
I have used Seacoast Bank at Capron Trail/Wickham Rd for the past 6 years for a business operating account and commercial mortgage. Excellent customer service at this branch from Jose, Arlene, Amanda, and Drew. I worked with Daryl Bishop in their commercial lending department, and he was fantastic to work with. I highly recommend.
How they stay in business is a mystery. We have tried TWICE to open an account and EVERY TIME they say they need something else. I don't recommend this bank or it's rude employees. It should not be that difficult to open a student account 🤷🏻♀️ and they certainly can keep the attitude and we will bank elsewhere.
Jose was wonderful. He assisted us in dealing with the account of a deceased relative. He was compassionate and caring, but also amazing efficient, because we had the final check within 24 hours of our first meeting with Jose. We forgot to ask for statement copies so stopped back in a bit later and Munesh helped us - in no time at all we had what we needed along with a great restaurant recommendation too! Amazing people who treated us like we really mattered to them
Wendy at Seacoast Bank helped me open two accounts there, and was amazing to work with. She explained everything in detail which helped me to make informed decisions on the type of account that was best for me. They are all so helpful and friendly there. During the hurricane last year, they were readily available for whatever help we needed, instead of waiting on hold like at the other big banks.
