I recently used this location for a HELOC and had a truly wonderful experience. There are so many banks out there, but this one stood out because of the service, attention and care I was given by Hung, Robin and Frances. My loan was complicated and there were many working parts, but I really felt like I had a team behind me and that they were working hard to make this loan possible for me. This winter branch is closer to my residence and I do stop by there couple of times a year for some need. This time I met Hung Nguyen, the manger whom I found exceptionally helpful. What struck me the most was his courtesy and professionalism at its best. He was very knowledgeable and at the same time very friendly. Keep it up!
My parents have been banking at this branch since probably the 1990’s. I left Winter Park in 1993 due to job relocation to Michigan and have for the past 10 years had to first help my dad with his banking and now sadly take over my dad’s finances. $90 to cash a seacoast cashiers check. Didn’t count my pilots license or my concealed carry as a second form of ID. Were uncommonly rude. Horrible bank.
Seacoast Bank is the worst possible bank 1) my debit card has been flagged for fraud nearly 20 times in the past two years, for purchases I’ve made at local gas stations or a basic Amazon purchase. Meaning I could be out of gas at the station and not able to make purchase or at a restaurant unable to pay! They give you no alerts about possible fraud, though they say they will. 2) They constantly give me trouble about my signature on my checks, which I signed the same way every time. 3) Their debit cards still do not come ... read more
