I have to say this is seriously the worse bank I have ever used! $1700 was stolen from me they gave me the running around and eventually stop returning calls or responding to me all together. The manger even called and said he would look into it personally to only be a liar! He never called back or looked into anything! If you have other options do not use this bank I wish I knew this before I put my money here. Needless to say I lost $1700 because this bank cannot protect your money!

Love this bank and all the people that work here! It is like having an old time bank in the modern era. You can, and a REAL PERSON answers the phone. Not only that, you rarely get transferred to someone else - usually everyone answering the phone can help you. It is amazing! I can walk in without an appointment and get help with anything. They are not understaffed like every other bank.

I am the president of Loaves and Fishes of Apopka and we have used this bank for quite some time. Today, they caught a fraudulent check for just under $5000 and notified us before cashing it. Their customer service is spot-on! A wonderful and caring bank that we truly appreciate!
