These ladies are absolutely wonderful, kind, professional, and a joy to be around. Their positive attitudes, and overall energy/time with them make every experience better each day! I want to thank them for always being so welcoming!
I have always had great customer service at Seacoast but especially at the Daytona branch! I reached out to them twice this month to help with an issue I was having with a credit card company and each time they helped me resolve the issues not to mention how kind they were to us. If you are shopping for a new bank in town please consider Seacoast Bank.
I would not go through this bank. Jennifer is so rude and inconsiderate. Wouldn't even listen to me as well as one of the ladies at the front just hung up on me because they're phone lines have a three second delay before they even hear me. They do not have tap to pay and don't exactly treat customers how they should be treated. I prefer any of bank but this one. I luckily already had a couple separate banks I use. Johnathan lied to me when he told me that a 24 hour hold on a check deposit would still make funds available on Saturday. Specifically asked if this meant 24 hours of business day hold or just 24 hours. He assured me just 24 hours. Surprise surprise, but now my Christmas bonus won’t be available until Tuesday December 27th. I’m sure my kids will be fine with postponing Christmas morning. I needed to open an Estate account so I ask Bill Zirkelbach for help. He set me up immediately with an account manager and opened an account within 48 hours of me contacting him. Due to the estate situation I had an immediate need for cash and Bill was able to assist in this the same day. Heather Williamson was able to help me with lots of good advice as well. Great banking experience.
