This bank has been my most horrible bank experience. First 3 years i would go into the negatives the end of every month. They would pay the bill and charge me 35 dollars. Then after hurricane Milton or maybe before it, they would return my payment and charge me a 35 dollar fee. I called to complain and the manager was like i will cut you a check right now, i felt like i am a customer complaining and if she would have told me the system changed right off the bat, i wouldn't have been so nasty with them. I wish zero stars was an option. I have never in my life received such bad customer service. I would recommend going to any bank before the Seacoast location in Port Orange.
