Luis at this branch has been such a help over the years! So grateful for a small, efficient bank and to be on a first name basis with such wonderful people! Thank you for all you do, especially Luis!
Everytime I come through the drive thru there's always at least a 15-25 minute wait for them to process my request. Currently they are 2 workers helping 1 person in the lobby while I've been waiting to just deposit money. The curly haired lady is notorious for counting slow and always taking an extremely long time to process a transaction. Absolutely ridiculous. I had to leave without processing my transaction because I had to be somewhere 20 minutes went by without touching my deposit bag.
