Wonderful people work at this bank. Always personable. I have had several banking issues that I have no doubt, if were handled in by a huge corporate bank , would have been handled in a very nonpersonal way. Some of the new employees, John Kopp and Ashley Bixler, are just as great as the people that have been there that I count on. Kudos to Nick and Ethan for making Seacoast on 12th Street in Vero Beach a great place to bank!!
The 21st century is just something that happened to other banks. Their online banking is a joke, you can't even wire money with it! Their staff are unhelpful, useless, and hardly ever reply to queries. On the few occasions they do, it's a copy and pasted response. Utterly useless bank!

I've been with this bank for 30 years and have had a few issues but nothing too serious but now they are just outright ripping people off I gave them $20,000 for a CD. They were supposed to auto renew it at the same interest rate just to find out that instead of going with the 4% they decided to switch it to .1% and then had the nerve to charge me four dollars to shut the CD down even though over the last three months it only made a dollar I will definitely be switching all my business from seacoast.
