I have been a customer for 15 years. If I could give 0 stars I would! The incompetence is astounding! I closed my account a month ago after the bank allowing overdrafts that they shouldn’t have. They have been overdrafting ever since. I don’t recommend doing business with Seacoast ever! I can’t wait for President Biden to start sanctions on scam banks like this!
Seacoast Bank goes further than asking for our trust as customers. It promises love & caring. Vice Presidents Philip Fitzpatrick, Mark Heraux, and Gary Albert reacted to documentation of my illness, where I have a great payment record, with ultimatims, threats, and demands.
They will not answer their phone no matter how many times you call. Terrible customer service!

The biggest problem with having a checking account at SeacoastBank is that the debit card rarely works at certain retailers (most notably Walmart). It’s very frustrating!
