I have been banking with Seacoast for over 14 years. I can't recall having any serious problems in all the time that I have been with them. The only thing that I wish was that they had a location that you could go into to pick up a new debit card if need be. When my card number was stolen they had to mail me a new one which was a bit of a pain. Other than that I love them!
We recently started moving our accounts to Seacoast. We were quite pleased with the ease if setting up our accounts. Both Monika and Laura were very professional and the tellers have been friendly and helpful. Everyone at this location was personable. We continue to move our family's accounts to this location.
Paid the $3.50 ATM surcharge. Went inside to trade for smaller bills. Was turned away from the cash-to-cash transaction because I don't have an account with their bank. Cash. To. Cash. This is petty and is not the sort of company I prefer doing business with. Will keep to my own credit union. And this is how mega companies like WalMart (headed there now) stay in business.

Awful. My grandson was told by the Co he was buying a car from to go here. 8% interest rate. I told them that was loan sharking.
Horrible bank, I went in for change for a 100 and they didn't have it, seriously though, what kind of bank doesn't have change, fuckin stupid.
