The location is extremely convenient for living in Lake Placid or Highlands County located right off 27. The staff is professional and friendly. Every single time I have been in there. It has been nothing but easy they are patient. They are kind they go out of their way to help, especially with deposit slips as we are very busy running a business. This is a great bank. Quality of service has decreased, waiting over 30 minutes for a form. This is unacceptable. I walked out.

Very friendly staff. In these hard times they seem to genuinely care about the people walking in. A Mr. Julien helped me when i needed it the most helping my family and I, and did so very promptly and professionally even near close. I've enjoyed banking with them very much.
