Since the transition from Heartland to Seacoast, the quality of service has significantly declined. I will be seeking new banking services after being accused of fabricating a check cashing claim. The manager stated she reviewed past transactions to locate the check, then approached me to demand I present my mobile application. Upon providing the date, the transaction was immediately located. Quality of service has decreased, waiting over 30 minutes for a form. This is unacceptable. I walked out.

The location is extremely convenient for living in Lake Placid or Highlands County located right off 27. The staff is professional and friendly. Every single time I have been in there. It has been nothing but easy they are patient. They are kind they go out of their way to help, especially with deposit slips as we are very busy running a business. This is a great bank.
