Absolute crap. While the people themselves at local branches are always decent, their system and customer service are horrible. The long time pending transactions for every single purchase is ridiculous, and you never know just how much you actually have available in your account unless you wait for at 24 hrs for everything to process. Also, it takes a minimum 24 hrs for your mobile deposit to become available and THEY CHARGE YOU FOR THAT TOO. I have been moving all my money to cashapp because I just can't trust them. Heartland national Bank was better :/ u could pull out more daily at ATM. When u use ur debit card it takes days for it to leave pending. When I used my debit with heartland it was instant. It has nothing to do with the employees that work there. They are actually why I stay with seacoast ❤️
