A good banking experience. The drive-thru staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I've only been at this bank about 4 years, but I do always have a good experience, whether inside or the drive-thru. I recommend this business
Just had the weirdest experience at the fruitland park location, a blonde lady maybe 75-80 years old, a lady with Grey hair and glasses who kind of seemed to have a pointed snout somewhat resemblance of a weisel or rodent of sorts and the branch manager Kathy Hope who was arrogant and condescending when addressed. First off i waited for 20 minutes in the drive thru!! I go to The Villages location and they ALWAYS TREAT NE PLEASANT CASH MY CHECKS AND SEND ME ON MY WAY.
