I really give Seacrest Southern 1 star. The reason I had to put 5 start because they would not post my review when I gave it 1 star. Today, August 10, 2024 - Seacrest on Southern still have a roach infestation problem. When I signed my lease, I did not expect to live with roaches. For one, when we first moved in the apartment was dirty. The rental manager Wendy ensured me that our apartment would be clean, and she said she would do it herself, but it was dirty a upon moving in. Aug 10,2024 My apartment at Seacrest on Southern is infested with German roaches. Despite being here for only six days, the rental manager and I have made unsuccessful attempts to eliminate them. Due to this issue, we have been unable to reside there. We wish to be released from our lease as the living conditions are uninhabitable and it has been detrimental to my health.
