Need a new place? Go see Mili! What an easy, simple, no headache, welcoming experience I had looking for a new home. I believe she is the property manager, but NOT like any I have come across. Very kind and respectful young lady. We are looking forward to moving in.

I strongly advise not moving into this apartment complex if you value peace, quiet, or responsive management. Noise disturbances are a constant issue here, and the leasing office is completely unhelpful when it comes to resolving them. Loud, inconsiderate tenants are allowed to continue without consequence, even when you provide clear audio proof of excessive noise. Back in August, I received a notice stating that the string lights on my balcony needed to be taken down because the strings were white… otherwise, I’d be fined $50 for the office to remove them. When I called to ask where this policy came from, I was told it was in the lease agreement. I asked for a copy of my lease and read through it multiple times… nowhere does it mention anything about the color of strings on the lights. My experience living in this community started out positive, but after about a year, it became increasingly troubling and, ultimately, unsafe. Security Concerns: I experienced several incidents that made me feel violated and unprotected. Items were stolen from my apartment, and I strongly suspect someone with authorized access may have entered while I was away. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! I would give 0 stars if I could!!!!! My life here is a LIVING HELL!! I live in a middle unit and the people above are incredibly loud. It’s a guy and a girl and girl stomps everywhere she walks. Often times their headboard is heard banging against the wall. They vacuum for like an hour straight and they literally dont care about anyone around them it seems.
