Back in August, I received a notice stating that the string lights on my balcony needed to be taken down because the strings were white… otherwise, I’d be fined $50 for the office to remove them. When I called to ask where this policy came from, I was told it was in the lease agreement. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! I would give 0 stars if I could!!!!! My life here is a LIVING HELL!! I live in a middle unit and the people above are incredibly loud. It’s a guy and a girl and girl stomps everywhere she walks. Often times their headboard is heard banging against the wall. They vacuum for like an hour straight and they literally dont care about anyone around them it seems. My experience living in this community started out positive, but after about a year, it became increasingly troubling and, ultimately, unsafe. Security Concerns: I experienced several incidents that made me feel violated and unprotected. Items were stolen from my apartment, and I strongly suspect someone with authorized access may have entered while I was away. If i could give this place a 0 star i would. Very unprofessional company i lived there 2 years never kept the same managers. The apartment is made super cheap first week i was in my place stuff was falling apart the paint is like chalk on the walls management will walk in unit when no one is home with no notice, my apartment was broken into when i lived there contacted police it was brushed off to the side because there is no security cameras at this apartment complex. Your home away from home! Seattle House Apartments are very clean and the open space is incredible, especially for pets! I have lived here for almost 2 years and have loved most everything about it. The swimming pool and firepit area, as well as the on-premise dog park and also the Delaware City dog park across the street are just great bonuses to the property! The party house, which can be rented economically is great for gatherings! You won’t be disappointed moving here!!
