DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! I would give 0 stars if I could!!!!! My life here is a LIVING HELL!! I live in a middle unit and the people above are incredibly loud. It’s a guy and a girl and girl stomps everywhere she walks. Often times their headboard is heard banging against the wall. They vacuum for like an hour straight and they literally dont care about anyone around them it seems. My experience living in this community has been overwhelmingly negative. I had items stolen from my apartment and strongly suspect someone with authorized access may have entered while I was away. My patio furniture was also intentionally damaged. When I reported the incident to the police, they dismissed my concerns and sided with a neighbor’s explanation that the furniture had somehow unraveled on its own. I lived at Seattle House from September 2022-2024. I can confirm that the electric bill is through the roof, specifically in the winter. The major issue of living here though was MULTIPLE cockroach infestations in my apartment and Seattle House did the absolute bare minimum legally that they were required to. I had NEVER had cockroaches at any previous rental property I lived at so this was not a result of my living conditions. We have been staying here for awhile and I have no complains. They are the best! From the staff to the facilities and services they offer, they are truly the best. You have everything you need here! My dog loves the dog park! We never encountered any issues or problems. We love coming home to Seattle House! The gym is clean, the pool, they also have a small book cabinet where homeowners can donate and get books!

Your home away from home! Seattle House Apartments are very clean and the open space is incredible, especially for pets! I have lived here for almost 2 years and have loved most everything about it. The swimming pool and firepit area, as well as the on-premise dog park and also the Delaware City dog park across the street are just great bonuses to the property! The party house, which can be rented economically is great for gatherings! You won’t be disappointed moving here!!
