Unfortunately, ever since this practice was sold, the service and care has taken a turn for the worse. The policies and practices under Dr. Stewart, the former owner, are nowhere to be seen. They continuously overcharge (I checked with the rates at an other office for the same charges) and have inexperienced people manning their phones who are of no help whatsoever. I am so happy with Dr. Bastani. She takes time to explain everything, in such a warm and caring way. Happy with my teeth. Dr. Bastani and Greta are a great team. :)
This place has gone downhill so fast. It used to be a great place full of great energy, high vibes and professionalism. That has been replaced by staff arguing in front of clients, old equipment, the whole place looking tired and a feeling of lack of care and attention to detail. After over a decade of visiting I won't be coming back.
Part 2 disclosing my medical details in a public Google review is illegal. You recommended completely unnecessary treatment (beside badly done work) for a healthy front tooth—no cavity, no structural damage, nothing wrong with it, beside small cosmetic problem. Which you actually created.. Suggesting a crown for a tooth like that is not just over the top—it’s unethical. That’s called soliciting, not healthcare. My first encounter with Dr. James Tait, i have seen and meet more dentists than a football team. Mr Tait has passion for solutions and results. Very easy to work and collaboration is exceptional, it’s like having the finest skills at your request.
