Great place for glasses! I was skeptical at first but gave them a try. I bought 2 pairs and Wow! Definitely was surprised. Great product great selection of frames great prices great service. Alex and Anna were amazing! I definitely highly recommend them. They’re located in WEM upstairs across from Sport Chek. Thanks again guys!!
Went to Second Specs for my teen after she was having a hard time finding glasses she liked at other stores. Kim went above and beyond to help her find the perfect pair. Bonus: prices were super affordable! 10/10 would recommend!
Kim is the absolute BEST! I have never been treated which so much manners by someone in my life! She not only helped me choose a pair of glasses that matched my old ones, but she also broke everything down to me! From different lenses, to different frames, she walked me through everything. I had an excellent experience at this eyeglasses shop. The optician was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He said his name is Lance when I asked him.
