I recently went to Second Specs to browse and get my glasses cleaned. I was blown away by the service! Alexander helped me out and he was absolutely amazing! He didn't pressure me in buying, didn't make me feel bad about asking to get my glasses cleaned, and even invited me back if I need my glasses adjusted again or if I have any questions. 10/10 professional and customer service!
I have been purchasing glasses at Second Specs for probably a decade. I have always found the service to be consistent and efficient. Today, I went to Second Specs for my lenses and frame—and I’m honestly glad I did. I checked another vision clinic first, but their progressive lenses were way beyond my budget and insurance coverage. After a quick online search, Second Specs popped up. We recently made our first visit to Second Specs at WEM and were surprised and pleased with our experience. The location is rather low key but the prices, the selection and especially the service simply blew us away. We ended up buying two pairs of glasses. We are Seniors on a government plan and Second Specs handled all of the billing for us making that requirement an absolute breeze. I can’t say enough good things about the customer service at Second Specs WEM. Best experience I’ve had in years. Been buying my prescription glasses here for so many years and experience was still great. Lance, Hannah, everyone was super knowledgeable and helpful.
