Today, I went to Second Specs for my lenses and frame—and I’m honestly glad I did. I checked another vision clinic first, but their progressive lenses were way beyond my budget and insurance coverage. After a quick online search, Second Specs popped up. We recently made our first visit to Second Specs at WEM and were surprised and pleased with our experience. The location is rather low key but the prices, the selection and especially the service simply blew us away. We ended up buying two pairs of glasses. We are Seniors on a government plan and Second Specs handled all of the billing for us making that requirement an absolute breeze. I can’t say enough good things about the customer service at Second Specs WEM. Best experience I’ve had in years. Been buying my prescription glasses here for so many years and experience was still great. Lance, Hannah, everyone was super knowledgeable and helpful. This was my second visit to Second Specs. There used to be two locations in West Edmonton Mall but now there is just one. I found a pair of glasses I liked and the price was amazing. The clerk was very good and very friendly.
I was very impressed by the professionalism of the staff and my glasses were ready in 4 days over Christmas and the quality of the frames and lenses is excellent overall my experience was incredibly easy and painless the best experience I have had buying glasses
