Great place for glasses! I was skeptical at first but gave them a try. I bought 2 pairs and Wow! Definitely was surprised. Great product great selection of frames great prices great service. Alex and Anna were amazing! I definitely highly recommend them. They’re located in WEM upstairs across from Sport Chek. Thanks again guys!!

I couldn’t believe how young he looked but very professional. He took the time to answer all my questions, helped me find frames that suited me well, and made sure my glasses fit comfortably. His friendly attitude and attention to detail made the experience enjoyable and stress-free. I am very happy with my new glasses and would ... read more
Had a wonderful experience at Second Specs in West Edmonton Mall! Lance and Kim were so awesome in helping me find my new glasses! Fantastic selection and great prices! My new favorite place! Highly recommend! Thank you to your amazing staff!
I went to Second Specs frustrated with the fit of glasses I had purchased from a different business. Kim at the West Edmtn Mall location provided the best help I've ever received when picking out and fitting a pair of frames. Definitely recommend working with her and Second Specs for service, quality and price!
Kim is the absolute BEST! I have never been treated which so much manners by someone in my life! She not only helped me choose a pair of glasses that matched my old ones, but she also broke everything down to me! From different lenses, to different frames, she walked me through everything. I will never forget this experience and for sure will be coming here next time and sending my family here to be served by her. She displayed such professionalism and showed that she cared about her customers. I wish I could give her 6/5 st... read more
