We recently made our first visit to Second Specs at WEM and were surprised and pleased with our experience. The location is rather low key but the prices, the selection and especially the service simply blew us away. We ended up buying two pairs of glasses. We are Seniors on a government plan and Second Specs handled all of the billing for us making that requirement an absolute breeze. I can’t say enough good things about the customer service at Second Specs WEM. Best experience I’ve had in years. Been buying my prescription glasses here for so many years and experience was still great. Lance, Hannah, everyone was super knowledgeable and helpful. Staff was super friendly, love how easy it is to try on many different kinds of frames. No high pressure sales tactics. Glasses are completed in an hour, don’t have to wait weeks and weeks to get them. Great service!
This is the second time I have chosen glasses at this location - Lorie and her team are professional, helpful and welcoming. I had a confusing experience with my last eyeglass provider and needed more clarification on my prescription which they gave with a lot of patience and insight . Good affordable, frame selection I payed for basic frames , with a discount at the time. I added blue light care which came out to 248 dollars without insurance. Why did I not find this place until now! I spent two and half times more on my last set of glasses and twice the amount of time picking the glasses out. It was seamless this time around at Specsavers WEM. Specsavers offered a no BS up front price point which included a choice of their many basic frames offered. I selected the mid grade lens and I was very happy in my frame selection, staying away from a designer choice (although they do offer designer selections).
