Second Specs (Sherwood Park location) offers a no pressure but very helpful environment in which to choose your all important eye glass frames. Their selection is wide and their prices are fantastic. They have easy access hours of operation. You can bring your own frames and have the lenses put in. Eye exams are available. No reason to go anywhere for your glasses but Second Specs!
Absolute best experience I’ve ever had purchasing glasses. Incredibly affordable prices and the best customer service. Literally had my daughter‘s glasses in our hands within a half an hour after we picked them. I didn’t even know that was possible!
Purchased 2 pairs of glasses with expert and patient assistance from David at a very reasonable price. Mentioned an issue with my eye and was promptly given an appointment with the Optometrist Dr. Moon. She was able to see me immediately and was very thorough. All in all, a pleasant and stress-free experience that I don't hesitate to recommend!
Second Specs is one of the best cost effective store to get glasses be it prescription or sun glasses.The unique fact about this store is when you buy a glass , the store gives a free glass to someone in need thus indirectly we help another person. I unfortunately don't remember the name of the women who helped me, but the staff there are wonderful and very helpful. It was very quick and easy for me to get two pairs of glasses, even though I'm often a bit indecisive. I came in just before close to pick frames, and the glasses were ready the next morning. They made sure to adjust them nicely to my face before I left. Overall very satisfied. Thank you!
