As always, have been using second specs for many years, excellent service and very nice eyeball technicians, prices more than reasonable, and the selection ( they will order what you want) is first rate, two thumbs up.
Second Specs is one of the best cost effective store to get glasses be it prescription or sun glasses.The unique fact about this store is when you buy a glass , the store gives a free glass to someone in need thus indirectly we help another person. This particular store is in Sherwood park and is on Wye Road. There is another store inside West Edmonton mall and another in St. Albert.The service in all these stores are good. Customer service was excellent. I was looking for a new pair of glasses. I did not feel pressured or rushed. The selection and prices were fantastic. I found the pair of glasses that I liked and were in my price range. I had gone to other stores and was either ignored or constantly pressured.
They touch alote more than needed but otherwise it's pretty good
Reasonable pricing and great service I came in and picked out glasses and they stayed 40 minutes after closing to put my prescription in the frames because I live out of town definitely will be going back when I need glasses again
