I am a dedicated Second Specs customer, having been with them since their first kiosk, and I rely on them for all my glasses and contacts. The staff is consistently professional, knowledgeable, and super helpful. Despite my difficulty choosing frames, they are always patient and excellent at assisting me in finding the perfect pair. Their best in class pricing ensure all my selections are affordable. I have referred countless family and friends, and they have referred others, which speaks volumes. I highly recommend Second S... read more

It’s refreshing to deal with a co... read more
Second Specs in Sherwood Park helped me out on the spot today with a damaged pair of glasses—even though I didn’t buy them there. Their kindness and willingness to go above and beyond genuinely made my day. The team clearly knows their stuff. Highly recommend them!
Second Specs is one of the best cost effective store to get glasses be it prescription or sun glasses. The unique fact about this store is when you buy a glass , the store gives a free glass to someone in need thus indirectly we help another person. This particular store is in Sherwood park and is on Wye Road. There is another store inside West Edmonton mall and another in St. Albert. The service in all these stores are good. I like visiting this particular store becaus its closer to my residence. The ambience is pleasant, the... read more
