My visit to Second specs was very pleasant ,quick ,and easy!! The price was a lot cheaper than I expected . The people helping me were very efficient, kind and great to work with. My partner and I have been walking past this kiosk for a while and finally decided to give them a try today. They have a huge selection of frames, and the prices are very affordable. Quy helped us out, and he was fantastic! He let us browse and try on as many glasses as we wanted, answered all our questions, and even repaired my partner’s old pair of specs free of charge. I had a fantastic experience at this eyeglass place today! My glasses broke, and I went in expecting to pay for a repair, but the lady there was incredibly nice and friendly. She fixed them up in no time, and to my surprise, she didn't even charge me, saying it was a small job. Her kindness truly made my day. I highly recommend this place for their amazing service and wonderful staff!

From picking out a pair of frames that would be suitable for my needs, to taking their time with me in adjusting the new set of glasses , the service was first class.
