I had a fantastic experience at this eyeglass place today! My glasses broke, and I went in expecting to pay for a repair, but the lady there was incredibly nice and friendly. She fixed them up in no time, and to my surprise, she didn't even charge me, saying it was a small job. Her kindness truly made my day. I highly recommend this place for their amazing service and wonderful staff!
The staff at Second Specs Londonderry was exceptional at helping me with the purchase of my very first set of progressive lenses. From picking out a pair of frames that would be suitable for my needs, to taking their time with me in adjusting the new set of glasses , the service was first class. Great service from the Londonderry location. Both of the employees were super helpful. The glasses that we ordered were supposed to be a week to get them in. We asked for a rush and they came in much sooner than anticipated. They were also very helpful with adjusting them to fit nice for my 8 year old daughter. Thanks guys!
