First time customer here. And I was greeted and helped by Karla and Gord, Karla was exceptional from start to finish to finish! Gord went above and beyond helping me the next day with a minor issue I had, they both provided exceptional customer service! Honestly I will go nowhere but Second Specs Market Mall! I had a truly superb customer service experience at Second Specs. We had an urgent situation with a broken pair of glasses, and Gord stepped right in and managed to repurpose the existing lenses into a new frame in just a few minutes. Meanwhile, Matthew was super helpful in finding the perfect frames to use. All in all, it was a seamless and friendly experience, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly!
I took my prescription and frames here and I got really good service from Albin. My spectacles were fitted with my prescription the same day. I had prism lenses included in my prescription so that took a couple of days but still much quicker compared to my optometrist. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Highly recommended!
It's our first time patronizing this business and we couldn't have had it any better! My wife and I stumbled on Second Specs in our random search and they seemed to have good reviews. They really do live up to the the good reviews they have here. We had the four pairs ordered delivered before the expected date. Many thanks to Albin for being cordial and professional.
I had an exceptional experience here with Albin, who got new lenses made for my glasses within 15(!) minutes. The team here was very professional and have a very large selection of lenses on premises. Especially if you need SAME DAY lenses, I can’t recommend them enough!
