I took my prescription and frames here and I got really good service from Albin. My spectacles were fitted with my prescription the same day. I had prism lenses included in my prescription so that took a couple of days but still much quicker compared to my optometrist. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Highly recommended!
It's our first time patronizing this business and we couldn't have had it any better! My wife and I stumbled on Second Specs in our random search and they seemed to have good reviews. They really do live up to the the good reviews they have here. We had the four pairs ordered delivered before the expected date. Many thanks to Albin for being cordial and professional.
FYI don’t believe all the 5 star reviews - they report and remove all negative reviews! First, it’s really shady that they don’t disclose that their glasses are final sale. They should have a 30 day return policy at the minimum. Secondly, the people who work there don’t bother checking the fit, and let you walk away with ill fitting glasses saying “It’s normal for them to be crooked. Try them out and come back later.” No, any licensed professional would be able to see the issue, pinpoint the cause, and fix it. Lastly, these... read more
I’ve been coming here for over 4+ years and there is always nothing but good service. Glasses are cheap and awesome frames to choose from. They get them done that day 45 mins or less. Awesome customer service. And my glasses that I haven’t worn for over 3 years don’t even give me a headache. What else do you need! Amazing!
Great selection from generic to designer (my son got Ray Ban frames) and the price point for the lens are reasonable also, even with upgrades. I especially like that the glasses are ready within an hour. Helpful staff - good customer service and the extra fee (dependent on the cost of your glasses) is reasonable for full replacement of your glasses within a 2 year period if you break them accidentally.
