The staff were very helpful and super friendly. Made the experience really easy to order and the made sure everything was correct. Amazing service, but then came the time to get the lenses and glasses. The had the glasses to me in what felt like record time, considering it was over the Christmas period. They were here about a week before I expected them. Thank you guys so much and I will be heading back as a repeat customer for sure. Great job!!! 😊
Had a really good experience at Second Specs. The staff were friendly and easy to talk to, and they genuinely took their time helping me. I felt well taken care of, and the service was great. Would definitely recommend!
The lady was great. Gave me her honest opinion on all the glasses I tried on! Great pricing too and didnt take long at all. Waited just 1 week for mine, and I picked mine out on a Friday night so was super quick! Highly recommend
They have a great selection of frames and the staff is always so friendly and helpful. They helped me out after a tough time and I am forever grateful
I am so upset and disappointed with the service and quality of glasses I bought from this business . I was finally able to get glasses after years of needing them … as I’m on income support right now due to health issues and I have coverage for a pair of glasses.
