The lady was great. Gave me her honest opinion on all the glasses I tried on! Great pricing too and didnt take long at all. Waited just 1 week for mine, and I picked mine out on a Friday night so was super quick! Highly recommend

I had an excellent experience at Second Specs in prairie mall! I needed new reading glasses - I went there in between classes and they had my glasses all ready for me in under 40 minutes! The gals at the kiosk were knowledgeable and very friendly. I 100% recommend them. My only regret is not having gone to them sooner. I will definitely be a return customer:)
I am so upset and disappointed with the service and quality of glasses I bought from this business . I was finally able to get glasses after years of needing them … as I’m on income support right now due to health issues and I have coverage for a pair of glasses.
