This is my go-to for my prescription glasses and sunglasses. They’ve got lots of frames to choose from and offers promos from time-to-time. Their customer service is always superb, namely Peggie, and Alice! They are simply the best! Highly recommended for high quality eyewears and best customer service!
It was a very pleasant experience. Sree was very professional and very patient. I had use my own frame. I was only needed the prescription lens . After placing the order within 3-4 days they received the lens and Sree called me to fix the lens on the frame. She did it in less than 30 min. The result was more than what I expected. I am delighted to see their quick service and affordable pricing. It's frustrating experiences with lengthy waiting times elsewhere.
Peggie was absolutely one of, if not THE best client service rep I have ever had. Shopping can be an anxious activity for some and she really walked me through the whole process and helped me find two really great frames that I love. I was in and out with one of my new glasses within 1 hour. Absolutely amazing. Would recommend in future and I would visit again. Here is a picture of how I felt when I got my new glasses, thanks to Peggie and her wonderful help.
Peggie at Second Specs is a professional and wonderful person. Me and buddy had to get my sunglasses fixed. She could have easily asked for any amount for her time and effort to help us but Peggie was very kind to not charge anything apart from our requesting a number of times. So, here I am paying back by leaving an honest review for her help. Thank you Peggie!
What a great “above and beyond” customer service experience..! I was here for a small eyeglass repair work. Long time ago one of the associates at this place had told me “we often do minor repair work on glasses if doable” and today I had a need for something exactly like that. My left wraparound string broke and lens was off. These are my everyday use pair and despite having a second set; I went to quickly get it fixed.
