Peggie was absolutely one of, if not THE best client service rep I have ever had. Shopping can be an anxious activity for some and she really walked me through the whole process and helped me find two really great frames that I love. I was in and out with one of my new glasses within 1 hour. Absolutely amazing. Would recommend in future and I would visit again. Here is a picture of how I felt when I got my new glasses, thanks to Peggie and her wonderful help.
This is my go-to for my prescription glasses and sunglasses. They’ve got lots of frames to choose from and offers promos from time-to-time. Their customer service is always superb, namely Peggie, and Alice! They are simply the best! Highly recommended for high quality eyewears and best customer service!
I had great service from Daphne when she helped with the really bad experience I had in the past with Second Specs. To make a long story short , I had gotten lenses put on my reading glasses from Peggy When I went home that day I noticed there was already a Crack on the glasses even though I haven't used them yet. So I called her and let her know, I had bought insurance for the glasses . I am just going to say this without hate but more frustration and disappointment because I came to the Sunridge location because of my wife and my daughter The blonde girl was so great to my little girl and wife before but when I came I was lost When I got ther it was later in the day Glasses were the back of my mind but I had to have them to be on work site When I tried to get that person attention I watched her look at me and say oh god under her breath and then say YES? If you’re a glasses wearer, this is your new bff. I’m exhausted over having to get new glasses the second I see my kids snap them. They take so long to come in and is so half a grand. Here, I paid less than $200. With my lunch included while we waited for them to be done. By the time I walked downstairs, she handed them to me! 45minutes. Ive already sent family here because they needed new ones.
