Has been my go to but the type of glasses I have require adjustment about once a year. They were loose again and I went to get them adjusted (as this pair was purchased at second specs) and realized after I got home that they cracked one of the stems...this will likely spread and then I will need to buy a new frame which I cant afford right now. I am upset about it.
This is my go-to for my prescription glasses and sunglasses. They’ve got lots of frames to choose from and offers promos from time-to-time. Their customer service is always superb, namely Peggie, and Alice! They are simply the best! Highly recommended for high quality eyewears and best customer service!
REFUND. I don't want your bullshit excuses, I want my money back. R-E-F-U-N-D. It's clearly amateur hour at second specs. second specs... should probably be called second rate, second class maybe. How long does it take you to take one box of contacts and stick it on a courier to Edmonton. It was a very pleasant experience. Sree was very professional and very patient. I had use my own frame. I was only needed the prescription lens . After placing the order within 3-4 days they received the lens and Sree called me to fix the lens on the frame. She did it in less than 30 min. The result was more than what I expected. I am delighted to see their quick service and affordable pricing. It's frustrating experiences with lengthy waiting times elsewhere.
What a great “above and beyond” customer service experience..! I was here for a small eyeglass repair work. Long time ago one of the associates at this place had told me “we often do minor repair work on glasses if doable” and today I had a need for something exactly like that.
