Overall good credit union, on two occasions were they couldn’t do the loan, they wouldn’t call me back. So I had to stop by and find everything out in person and employee gave me a lecture saying I pay off my cars way to fast and they can’t make any money of me cause of that.

Ryan was great! Excellent customer service, kind, friendly, and hard working. I’m glad to bank with SECU. I look forward to the years to come and hopefully they’re much better than PNC and Truist hahaha they’re terrible, negligent, unprofessional, and rude. SECU seems great so far.

The customer service was exceptional! Ryan Singh and his manager went above and beyond to ensure we received our check for our new car was processed. They ran into a couple of systems issues which significantly delayed the process, past closing but they preserved not giving up. They kept at it until the issue was resolved and we had our check in hand! Wow! Now that is Exceptional Customer Service!
