Banking through Secu is Mediocre but what I would like to highlight is the frankly ridiculous hours these locations have. You realize implicitly the majority of your members work full time for the state government no? Then why would you be only open during working hours and a frankly insulting window on Saturday, would it kill you to stimulate the economy by hiring an extra 1-2 people so you could have longer hours?

Ryan was great! Excellent customer service, kind, friendly, and hard working. I’m glad to bank with SECU. I look forward to the years to come and hopefully they’re much better than PNC and Truist hahaha they’re terrible, negligent, unprofessional, and rude. SECU seems great so far.

The customer service was exceptional! Ryan Singh and his manager went above and beyond to ensure we received our check for our new car was processed. They ran into a couple of systems issues which significantly delayed the process, past closing but they preserved not giving up. They kept at it until the issue was resolved and we had our check in hand! Wow! Now that is Exceptional Customer Service!
