I just came from Ellicott city Secu. I walked in to an empty bank, there was 2 ladies that was working in there . One was an older short lady with dark hair. And another lady who was overweight with long shoulder length brownish color hair. With a black dress on. When I walked in I inquired about opening a new business account. In which I was told that I had to make an appointment and walk ins were not allowed. the Ellicott City branch has reduced hours. there is not an indoor ATM. I don't drive so I had the displeasure of standing outside in the smeltering heat trying to do my business. the ATM at Target only lets you get $300 withdrawal. there is too much turnover of staff.

I came to the Ellicott city location as a walk in with NO OTHER PATRON in the building. The staffer said they were about to have a meeting and then head right into another appointment and there would be no room to see me. Thats bad business practice. Patrons should be FIRST PRIORITY and the lady should have been excused while she tended to my needs of opening a new account. I will be using them for the bare minimum from here on out. Very very TERRIBLE experience. Oh also she sent me to Clarksville outwards another 30 minutes... read more
