I’ve been a SECU member since early 2000s. I’ve visited several different branches and this has become one of my favorites. Customer service is generally good. The location is also safe to visit. The new assistant manager Eric is great. He looked out for me today and provided great customer service! Thank you for being compassionate and understanding!
I don't understand the point of the check in desk. They take multiple people at once. Recipe for disaster! Man behave said he wasn't gonna step up until I was finished my transaction. I thanked him, my information is my business. As well they are quick to usher you to the phone teller instead of gaining all the totality of the issue. Which I went back between two different tellers.
I made the mistake of confirming a fraudulent charge in November 2024 - which apparently happened to several customers, and consequently left me stranded without access to gas money. This was the closest branch and their card printing machine is broken. Don't confirm a fraudulent charge until you withdraw your money first.
I’m currently in Madagascar stranded because two women who I spoke with on October 4th in the afternoon did NOT enter in my travel plans. I double checked on Saturday while in transit and saw their error and tried to correct in myself online before my final flight and tried to correct it but apparently it didn’t go through…. Been with secu for over 10 years and honestly this location is the only incompetent one
