Been banking here since I was a minor. I would NOT recommend. Customer service is poor and so many fees. If you get a secured credit card it will NEVER amount to a real one and if you close it it’s drops your credit score… let’s not mention the interest they charge you on your own money🥴. I am so disappointed with their policies. Secu is a financial institution that is not for the people. They have long waits and piss poor customer inside some locations. RUN!

I don't understand the point of the check in desk. They take multiple people at once. Recipe for disaster! Man behind said he wasn't gonna step up until I was finished my transaction. I thanked him, my information is my business. As well they are quick to usher you to the phone teller instead of gaining all the totality of the issue. Which I went back between two different tellers.

I’ve been a SECU member since early 2000s. I’ve visited several different branches and this has become one of my favorites. Customer service is generally good. The location is also safe to visit. The new assistant manager Eric is great. He looked out for me today and provided great customer service! Thank you for being compassionate and understanding!

I made the mistake of confirming a fraudulent charge in November 2024 - which apparently happened to several customers, and consequently left me stranded without access to gas money. This was the closest branch and their card printing machine is broken. Don't confirm a fraudulent charge until you withdraw your money first.
