I received a text that my card had been charged. I called the bank to verify and it was true. Since the rep told me it would take 7-10 days before I get a new card, I asked her if that particular credit union was open so that I can go inside and get a card immediately, and she said they close at 1:00pm. I had a very disappointing experience with this bank. The level of unprofessionalism and poor attitude from staff was unacceptable. Directions and guidance for supporting members were unclear, inconsistent, and confusing, which made resolving even simple issues unnecessarily difficult. Instead of feeling supported, I felt dismissed and frustrated. This bank seriously needs to be looked into, and management should be reviewed to address the lack of professionalism, communication, and proper customer support.
Horrible experience and poor customer service at this bank!!!!! I am very disappointed in the staff at this location. They do not handle accounts with care, respect, and professionalism. The staff are very dismissive and insensitive. They have closed my account due to a mistake on their end with no real explanation or resolution. Worst bank known to man. Never open an account here, never do business with these people. Horrible technology as well. It's possible to be told one thing on the phone and another when you go into a branch. Save yourself the headache.
Horrible credit union. Do not open an account they just try to sell you life insurance nothing else.
