Been with this bank for over 20 years. Very mediocre, often times terrible. When they are just a bank, and leave you alone they're fine. That's it ... just FINE. Not great, not good, not even decent. Just okay. When you need them to do anything for you ... ANYTHING AT ALL, they're terrible. The worst customer service ever. Worse than McDonalds or Spirit Airlines. They do not want to do anything for you ... ever. And when they do they'll either screw things up, make things worse, or fail to even accomplish the goal ... co... read more
