Staff is rude and unprofessional. I have talked to several employees and not 1 of them is happy to work for them. I have never had a good experience. And they have been charging interest on a cash advance for over 5 years. The cash advance never even happened but there is absolutely no help when things like this happens. Run dont walk somewhere else. And please check your statement. We have been robbed. Needless to say my account is closed and I would never do business with Secu ever again.

I'd give them 0 stars if I could. I'm a 29 year member and have been treated lime a criminal. I have done everything I should do and these folks have the audacity to block my online account and try to prevent me from getting a new card when my account was hacked. Go somewhere else. They don't care about you...in fact they allowed my daughter to uncurr over $1800 in overcharge fees and such. Yes, I know it's her fault but I also know we put a limit on her so that once it met her limit she would be denied. Did that stop them? ... read more
