I used to look up to you SECU..40k @6.7% for 84 months?...that's how you try to help your customers? Not the place for auto loans any longer. In fact this particular credit union dropped the ball a few times. The auto loan app on the website denied me instantly, so I went in the next day. Applied for a loan, and the person I was dealing with basically told me I was denied...not because I didn't make enough money. 3/1/24 The Fullerton branch I would never come here again!!! Melody Schissler made my experience awful. No companion , unprofessional with me trying to get a cash advance. I never felt so bad. I honestly felt like I was on trial waiting to be convicted. I have worked with SECU for the past 13 years, and I have always had a pleasant experience with the staff there. I recently had the pleasure of working with Crystal Lewis who was very generous with her time to help me set up my business bank account.
