food is terrible, i was there from november to December last year and was assaulted while in their care they were very negligent, did not care and waited so long to stop what was happening, i am traumatized and terrified of this place, i think abt it evd and the staff were honestly not very mindful of how the kids emotions were besides mental diagnoses depending on who was working. i was removed from their care for my safety because i was being harassed by the patient who attacked me days after nd no one cared or stopped him... read more

I don't think any parent wants their children in a place like this but in my experience there are worse places they could go. The facility was clean and appeared to be properly staffed for thr number of children. All the staff I met were kind and accommodating. Some went way above and beyond to care for my daughter. One gentleman in particular had a seemingly endless amount of patience with her. Hellooo !! Soooo my experience from monarch was actually great I loved the staff there I was there for two weeks I think and got discharged the place really helped me while I was there and I thank them the groups and stuff we did was really amazing and I'm still doing the coping skills they recommended us too do I still draw and write and everything , thank you so much for your help ❤️!!

I was a patient here for exactly a week, do NOT send your child here. While I do admit they helped me overcome my agoraphobia, they did it in the wrong manner. The staff made you feel guilty for having these 'disabilities' and made it clear you knew they were bothered by your excessive needs. The word 'Retarded' is thrown around often, mostly by the staff when referring to a patient. I would give hire stars but I just can't. My daughter had to be put in this facility for threats of self cancelation. She was supposed to get intense treatment, however, she was told to play nice so she could get out. She was put on medication and she did well. They kept her the full 2 weeks. I wanted her transferred to an in patient mental health facility, longer term than monarch. I was ignored.
