I've used SecurCare twice. Online reservation was quick and easy. Lease was ready to sign in about 5 minutes or less. Definitely will use again if needed. So far, my customer service at both places have been pleasant.

I rented the space online completed what it asked for, someone was to call me back to complete everything and give me a code fo gate. No one ever called. I call on Saturday afternoon got the call center that lady said I would need to be at the center before 5pm to pay and get the code I live 150 miles away and told her that she I could not move in till Monday, that was out.
