Dont ever rent from this company. They move you in aylt one price but jacck up your rate within a 60 day period to almost double. They will decide to finally do maintenance on there building and the ceiling will collapse on your property. When you go to the office youll get no help and when you ask for an undamaged unit youll be refused. They will still expect the same fee for the damaged unit however and youll be expected to eat the property that was damaged. Youll pay or they will steal what's left. Sign up was EASY, but after you've moved everything in, they increase your rent after two months!!! Its ESPECIALLY unacceptable when you have everything set up for AUTOPAY!! DO NOT GO HERE!! Once you've moved in, they bait and switch you. It's like how many people will move their entire storage unit after being screwed!! All of this doesn't even touch that after moving in, two months later you hear rats scurrying around. After they sold my things they then tell me they could of worked with me before being put on the auction list even though I've been asking way before the auction list was made. I've tried for 3 months to make a payment but was told I was only allowed to pay in full. They refuse to take form of payment and sold my things on the last day. I never received a bill in the mail like I was suppose to. Never rent from this place.

If I could rate this place a negative million stars I would. I have never used a storage unit in my life and I will never use one ever again because of this place. If you would like to pay this place every month to ruin your things do it! This place is CRAWLING with mice and when you confront them about that they pretty much just say "good luck". Wow, I wasn't going to say anything more until she called - earlier - and left a message that my mom told her I was finished with the unit so I needed to drop off the key. Umm, my mom PASSED AWAY in January 2000. Low blow, guys. Anyway, here's the story up to now - I lost my key during a move a year ago and didn't have much in the unit anyway so I gave them permission to cut the lock (she said I wasn't allowed to cut it off myself, so okay whatever) and leave the 2-3 things in there by the dumpster and close out my account. ... read more

The property manager Kristina is very rude and she does not help or try to help her loyal customers who are needing help doing a pandemic. I paid my storage faithfully for 8 months straight since I moved to TEXAS when the pandemic started. They told me if I ever needed help to reach out to them and they would HELP not put a LOCK on my storage when I only owe $20. I do not recommend this storage business! At first it seemed OK, It didn't look the best but they had extra large units, and everything seem to go well until the last month; when they called us to tell us they were having the facility repainted and it was starting this week; and that we needed ...to come in and drape all of our stuff inside our units because they were going to be sandblasting it, and that we ; had to buy the stuff to supply covering our merchandise!!!
