I stored all my belongings in one of the units here for two months. I was able to take advantage of an online deal to get the first month free, so the cost was reasonable, although there were still sign up fees and required insurance costs for the first month. It was easy to do the initial paperwork and get the unit, and I had no need for interactions with the staff other than an email to let them know that I was moving out. I've rented from this place for almost a year now and I couldn't be happier with the service. I have 2 units and Kanesha has been a joy . She's very courteous and kind and I always appreciate her knowledge of the facility and her professionalism and her willingness to go over and beyond to help me .
I came into the store yesterday to get information about the storage facility. I've never rented before so I basically went in clueless. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a friendly young lady who seemed to know exactly what she was talking about . She made me feel comfortable and I didn't feel obligated to do anything . I was extremely interested in what the site had to offer as far as appearance and things that they offered and its convenience . I feel more than comfortable putting my personal things there . Avoid this company at all costs, unless you enjoy getting hit with frequent rent increases. I had no problems with the facility or the staff, other than them not adhering to the posted availability hours, but they have hit me with TWO rent increases, totaling over 50%, in 10 months. That's excessive in my book.
Horrible horrible company. Doubled rate and the conditions at the facility are horrendous. They sandblasted the outside to make it look "better" - like lipstick on a pig- and ended up sandblasting crap and dirt in my unit all over my things. Damaging a lot of furniture. The insurance they force you to have refuses to give me cleaning money or any damages - falsely claiming it's "mold"- even though the sandblasters were their 3rd party contractors and there's proof of the paint.
