From start to finish was extremely pleasant! We spoke to Ashley at another property that could not fulfill our requirements & she checked other properties to see if they could accommodate us in which I think was very professional. Hence we met the amazing Keosha, she was pleasant, courteous & a true professional! We got 2 units & were completely satisfied. We would recommend securCare any day of the week! *****PLEASE DO NOT STORE YOUR BELONGINGS HERE*** IT IS MY BELIEF THE EMPLOYEES OF THIS STORAGE FACILITY HAVE STOLEN MY ITEMS OUT OF STORAGE. THE REGIONAL MANAGER STATES THIS FACILITY HAS SURVEILLANCE BUT ONLY KEEPS THE FOOTAGE FOR 30 DAYS! AFTER RENTING TWO STORAGE SPACES, THIS FACILITY CLAIMS THEY TRANSFERRED THE MONEY PAID ON MY FIRST STORAGE TO MY SECOND STORAGE THINKING I WAS GOING TO TRANSFER MY ITEMS, WHEN IT WAS TOLD TO THE MANAGER I WOULD BE KEEPING BOTH OF MY STORAGE SPACES BECAUSE BOTH OF MY STORAGE SPACES WOULD NO... read more
