linda is very respectful,very professional ,any time I have gone to my storage she will come by to say hi and see if there is any problem very friendly ,clean, helpful, fast to answer any question , communication is very impressive the units worth its value ! I have rented other places and this one's makes me feel like I'm a person not just a unit .

I recommend. my stuff seems safe there. I didn't know there was a SecurCare on Astrozon so closeby until my neighbor told me. They use it too. great prices. My unit's a ways back but I see the manager Duncan, walking around the lot, even by my unit. He is polite, seems conscientious and is a military veteran. I'd always rather pay my money to businesses that hire our vets. I have used other ones in the past, and they cost more and I never saw a manager except in the office.

Worst place in town to store your stuff! No matter how many times I requested a bill or courtesy call they did not manage to get either done. It's all about illegal double $15 late fees that they attempt to charge and collect EVERY month they can get away with it. I paid over $180 a month,several times for a really crappy unit without electricity, due to their ridiculous late fees. Save your money and yourself the agrevation!!!

Wow, so I'm not the only one with this problem. I deal with a different SecurCare location in another state and it's the same thing! Multiple calls and emails begging for bills which are never sent. They claim their system sends them out automatically, but we never get them. Somehow we manage to receive their late notices / fees / lien warnings, but no bills! How strange. the securcare storage on king st keeps adding 2 late fees each month at $15.00 each. twice a month late fees? is that legal? then they charged a "lien fee" of $75.00 they said to not auction it all off. this is a scam. something really wrong here. i can't get a statement or any receipt for the payments made and now i get no response at all. no return calls. no emails. nothing. scams!!

This organization is the most unprofessional I've ever had to deal with. My children inherited a storage unit from their father and SecurCare charged us $300.00 just to view it. They assured me that the late fees would be waived, as a courtesy, due to the reason being their dad died. But every time I talk to them, they say that they are "trying" to get "corporate" to waive them. I don't even know what I owe until they call me on the phone AFTER the monthly payment is past due so they can charge ANOTHER $4.99 fee to pay ... read more
