Great customer service. Always clean I haven't had any issues storing my grandmothers items here.
This is the best place storage place I have been to. Wow Brenda is very helpful when it comes to any question I have and she has such a positive attitude. The whole property is clean and well taken care of. I'm going to recommend this place to my friends and family. Thank you Brenda!
This facility was great loved everything about it including the girl Brenda that helped me and showed me around I've been looking for a good storage place for awhile even checked out the other securcare down the street and couldn't believe the difference I will for sure be coming back to get a storage very soon
Infested with rats. You have to buy their insurance to have them even treat for rats. No compensation for all my ruined stuff.
UPDATE---Local staff immediately reached out to correct my pay rate issues. They also explained their non payment process in detail and after much consideration I would say it is 100% fair. Process starts but all attempts are made to hold property and contact its owner. Staff whom I previously mentioned made contact with myself and my family (to include past renters) to apologize for any mistreatment and misunderstanding. Very disappointed with this place. Never needed extra storage until my mother moved into the back house, I secured a 10x10, with my military discount it was below $100, but that changed quickly once I had my belongings inside. Once, a group of homeless were using the sprinkler valve - filling up water jugs and wiping down. This all took place next to where you enter your code to open the property gate. Not cool... I am so disappointed in this place. If I could afford to move to another storage facility, I would in a heart beat. I had some issues when I first moved in with trying to make a payment, there were a few times I would go to pay but the place would be closed when it should have been open. Eventually everything was resolved and I just pay online now so I don't have to deal with that again BUT the inexcusable thing that really upsets me is...
